What a session is

Three things happen, in that order, and you are watching for all of them.

  1. You stay in control

    The connection runs over AnyDesk or RustDesk, on your machine, with you watching. Nothing happens that you do not see happen.

  2. Measured before anything changes

    We read what your system is actually doing first. Half of what circulates as tuning advice does nothing on current hardware, and the only way to know which half is to look.

  3. Verified before we finish

    Every adjustment is tested and every change is reversible. If something makes no difference on your hardware, we say so rather than leaving it applied.

What gets looked at

Four places latency actually lives, each one measured on your hardware before it is touched.

Input and network latency
Adapter settings, power behaviour and the path between your input and the screen.
Frame-time stability
Drivers and power plans, aimed at consistency rather than a higher average.
Background load
What Windows is doing while you play, reduced without mystery scripts.
Firmware
Supported BIOS settings reviewed against your board, with the risky ones left alone.

How does the service work?

You install AnyDesk or RustDesk, we connect to your machine, and you watch the whole session on your own screen.

How long does the service take?

About an hour for most machines. Older hardware or a slow connection can take longer.

Do I need to reinstall Windows first?

No. We do recommend one if your system already has third-party tweaks on it, because we cannot measure a starting point we did not set.

Is this safe for my PC?

Every change is tested on your hardware before we move on, and every change is reversible. If something makes no difference, we undo it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe takes the payment and shows you which cards and methods it accepts. We never see or store your card details.
