The terms governing your use of Latenncy Tweaks services.
By using Latenncy Tweaks services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Latenncy Tweaks provides remote PC performance optimization services. Our services include Windows configuration, driver tuning, network optimization, BIOS adjustments, and other performance-related modifications applied via remote desktop software.
Specific deliverables for each tier are listed on our services page and may be updated at any time.
All services require full payment before work begins. We accept PayPal, Stripe, Cash App, Credit/Debit Cards, and Amazon Pay. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Once payment is processed, work will begin at the scheduled appointment time.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeit of any future service.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service, if our work causes verifiable issues with your system that we cannot resolve, or if you cancel before any work has begun.
Refunds will not be issued once the service has been completed and delivered as advertised. Subjective dissatisfaction with performance results does not qualify for a refund.
You are responsible for backing up important data before our service. You must provide accurate information about your hardware and ensure your system is in working condition before the appointment. You must remain available during the session and supervise the connection.
You agree not to use our service for any illegal purpose or in connection with stolen or unauthorized hardware.
Latenncy Tweaks performs optimizations to industry-standard practices, but we are not responsible for hardware failures, data loss, or any indirect damages that occur during or after our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Optimization results vary based on hardware, software, and individual system configurations. We make no guarantees about specific FPS, latency, or performance improvements.
We strive to be available during posted hours but reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will be offered a refund or rescheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any user at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include abusive behavior, fraudulent payment, attempted exploitation of our staff or systems, or violation of these terms.
All services include post-service support and assistance. Support may be void if the system is reinstalled, altered, or modified after the service has been completed.
Performance improvements may vary depending on hardware specifications, system condition, age, and individual use cases.
